Booking conditions at Prestigi Hotels

- The credit card is used as a guarantee for the reservation according to the season, rate and offer.

- Check-in: the rooms will be available from 2 pm of the day of arrival.

- Check-out: on the day of departure, the room must be vacated before 12 noon.


GENERAL CANCELLATION CONDITIONS FOR FLEXIBLE RATES throughout the year except for half board from 26/12/20 to 02/01/21:

- Cancellation free of charge until 6:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.

- Cancellation after 6:00 p.m. on the day of arrival or no show, the first night will be charged.

For early departure, 100% of the total reservation will be charged.


Reservation on half board from 26/12/20 to 02/01/21:

- 7 days before arrival or no show, 50% of the total reservation will be charged.

- For early departure, 100% of the total reservation will be charged.


GENERAL CANCELLATION CONDITIONS AT SEMI FLEXIBLE RATES (all year round):

- Cancellation free of charge up to 72 hours before the day before arrival, prepayment will be refunded.

- Cancellation after 72 hours the day before arrival or no show, 100% expenses, 100% prepayment of the reservation requested on confirmation will not be refunded.

100% of the total price of the reservation will be charged for early departure.


CANCELLATION CONDITIONS AT SKI PRESTIGI RATE:

From 01/12 to 25/12/20 and 03/01/21 to 05/04/21, 2 days before arrival or no show, 50 % of the total reservation. Early departure 100 % of the total reservation.

From 26/12/20 to 02/01/21, 7 days before arrival or no show, the expenses are 50% of the total reservation. Early departure 100 % of the total reservation.


NEW YEAR'S EVE DINNER SERVICE:

New Year’s Eve gala dinner is only included for half board bookings. Guests not staying on half board will not be able to dine on the night of 31/12 at the hotel, there will be no other restaurant service available.


COVID-19 CONDITIONS:

If your reservation has been affected by any situation related to the coronavirus (such as the closure of borders or travel limitations imposed by the authorities, quarantines / confinements) or you are prohibited from traveling to our hotels (in accordance with applicable law) and you can no longer cancel your reservation for free or your reservation is not refundable, the hotel will not apply the penalties for cancellation or change in direct reservations, as long as you present us the corresponding proof.
